Avis de modification de l’arrêté A-07 – Arrêté concernant le régime de retraite du personnel de Campbellton
L’arrêté peut être consulté au lien suivant : bit.ly/4mzdcek ; ou au bureau du greffier durant les heures normales d’ouverture, à l’hôtel de ville de la Communauté régionale de Campbellton situé au 76, rue Water, secteur de Campbellton.
L’adoption de l’arrêté est prévue pour le 27 avril 2026.
Les modifications incluent :
- Intégration des employés des anciens villages d’Atholville et de Tide Head
- Modifications de nature administrative ou législative :
- Refonte de l’arrêté consolidant les modifications antérieures
- Nouveau nom pour le promoteur du régime : Campbellton
- Nouveau nom pour le régime : Régime de retraite du personnel de Campbellton
- Ajustements découlant des modifications apportées en 2024 aux règlements de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu (c.-à-d., modification des prestations de raccordement maximales et des périodes de parentalité admissibles)
- Ajustements découlant d’une modification apportée à la législation sur les régimes de retraite du Nouveau-Brunswick entrée en vigueur en 2016 (c.-à-d., dispositions requises pour permettre la renonciation au droit du conjoint à la prestation de décès avant la retraite)

Notice of amendment of By-law A-07 – A By-Law Respecting the Campbellton Employees Superannuation Plan
The By-law may be examined at the following link: bit.ly/4mzdcek; or at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours at Campbellton Regional Community City Hall located at 76 Water Street, Campbellton Area.
The bylaw is scheduled to be adopted on April 27, 2026.
The modifications include:
- Integration of employees of former villages of Atholville and Tide Head
- Housekeeping/legislative amendments:
- Bylaw restatement integrating prior amendments
- New name for the plan sponsor: Campbellton
- Revised name for the Plan: Campbellton Employees Superannuation Plan
- Adjustments in accordance with changes made to the Income Tax Act regulations in 2024 (i.e., updating bridge benefit limits and eligible periods of parenting)
- Adjustments in accordance with a change made to the New Brunswick pension legislation effective in 2016 (i.e., introduce required provisions allowing for the waiver of spousal entitlement to pre-retirement death benefits)
